​We support families by connecting them with information, services, and community resources that meet their needs. We serve families across all current Cross-Cultural Family Centers and neighborhoods.

Basic Needs Assistance

 

We help families find and connect with resources such as food banks, clothing closets, utility assistance, and emergency housing programs. We also provide information about state programs such as CalFresh and CalWORKs, which offer food and cash assistance.

Health

 

We help families connect with health resources and provide support with Medi-Cal information and paperwork.

​

Legal Guidance

 

We help families connect with local agencies and organizations that provide legal support and guidance.
